The following is a list of keyboard shortcuts used in MochaTicket

Overview

MochaTicket provides keyboard shortcuts for common actions such as creating a new ticket, replying to an existing ticket, transferring an existing ticket, and so forth. The keyboard shortcuts will be broken down by page. If you do not see the page listed, it means there are currently no keyboard shortcuts available for that page. Note that many times the same keyboard shortcut is available on multiple pages.

All keybinds use Ctrl+Alt+<key> with the exception of 'send', which uses 'Ctrl+enter'

Note for ATI Users

For users with ATI graphics cards, Ctrl+Alt+c may not work, this is because ATI's Catalyst Center overrides this key combination. To fix the issue, do the following:

- Right click on your desktop background
- Select Catalyst Control Center (Normally it's at the top of the list)
- Choose 'Preferences' at the top right (may be named 'Options')
- Choose Hotkeys
- Select the 'Launch Catalyst Control Center' hotkey action and press the edit button
- Change the hotkey to something else (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+c for example).


NOTE: Unfortunatley, unchecking the 'Enable Hotkeys feature' is not enough. It will prevent ATI's Catalyst Control Center from launching, but it will not 'give back' the hotkey, so you must bind it to another key combination.

Ctrl+Alt+/ - Go to the Advanced Search page.
Ctrl+Alt+i - Go to the new Inbound Ticket page.
Ctrl+Alt+o - Go to the new Outbound Ticket page.

Ctrl+Alt+q - Go back to the Queue.


Create Inbound Ticket Page

Ctrl+enter - Create the new ticket

Ctrl+Alt+0 - Set focus to the main reply input field.

Create Outbound Ticket Page

Ctrl+enter - Create and send the new ticket

Ctrl+Alt+0 - Set focus to the main reply input field.

Ctrl+Alt+u - Open the predefined responses dialog box.

Mass Reply Ticket Page

Ctrl+enter - Send the current reply

Ctrl+Alt+u - Open the predefined responses dialog box.


Reply Ticket Page

Ctrl+enter - Send the current reply

Ctrl+Alt+0 - Set focus to the main reply input field.
Ctrl+Alt+l - Set focus to the tag field.
Ctrl+Alt+2 - Set focus to the first custom field on the page.
Ctrl+Alt+3 - Set focus to the second custom field on the page.
Ctrl+Alt+4 - Set focus to the third custom field on the page.

Ctrl+Alt+u - Open the predefined responses dialog box.


View Ticket Page

Ctrl+Alt+r - Go to the Reply page for the current ticket.
Ctrl+Alt+k - Take ownership of the current ticket
Ctrl+Alt+t - Transfer the current ticket.
Ctrl+Alt+c - Close the current ticket.
Ctrl+Alt+d - Delete the current ticket.

Ctrl+Alt+w - View the raw eml for the current ticket
Ctrl+Alt+x - View the text for the current ticket
Ctrl+Alt+m - View the HTML for the current ticket if applicable.

Ctrl+Alt+u - Change the priority of the current ticket to Urgent.
Ctrl+Alt+h - Change the priority of the current ticket to High.
Ctrl+Alt+n - Change the priority of the current ticket to Normal.
Ctrl+Alt+l - Change the priority of the current ticket to Low.

Ctrl+Alt+l - Set focus to the tag field.
Ctrl+Alt+2 - Set focus to the first custom field on the page.
Ctrl+Alt+3 - Set focus to the second custom field on the page.
Ctrl+Alt+4 - Set focus to the third custom field on the page.

Ctrl+Alt+p - Move to the previous entry in the tickets history
Ctrl+Alt+n - Move to the next entry in the tickets history
