MochaTicket provides up to three custom fields for administrators to tailor the install to their specific needs
Custom Field Options
|Name||The name that is displayed for the custom field||A field with no name is disabled and will never be shown.|
|Type||A custom field can be a textbox or a checkbox|
|Required||Should we require this field to be filled out on the ticket creation pages?||Only textbox fields can be set as required.|
|Internal||Should we show this field to customers who are not logged into the system?|
Custom Field Order
Custom fields are always shown in the order they're displayed on the admin settings page.
